• Fix incorrect database locking bug (introduced in v1.9beta).
• Correct a couple of typos in help strings.
• Add workaround for applications that do not use the international text routines and incorrectly assume that character widths are fixed, e.g. the latest version of Olive Tree Bible Reader.
• Fix to improve efficiency on grey-scale OS3.5 devices that happen to be operating in monochrome mode (which they do most of the time).
