Well, we all had a brilliant day down in London and back again in Cambridge (after a few initial hiccups with travel arrangements!) A big thank you to everyone for contributing to the mountain of food for the picnic and a special thank you to Catherine and Jo for arranging the various special effects for the day! I'm waiting for some photos from Jo and will add them ASAP!
Some of us also attended the concert on the Sunday and had an enjoyable afternoon listening to a preview of the Jazz group who will be playing at our garden party at Queens'.
The boys have also completed their hectic day in London and Cambridge including a visit to the Science Museum, a trip on the London Eye as well as going to the Tate Modern before returning to Cambridge for that traditional curry and all those beers! The scantily clad mademoiselle on the wobbly bridge seemed to be a special attraction that day:
